the objective?
The overall goal
The ultimate goal of these services is to materialize the Project Definition, fully achieving its technical, economic and deadlines objectives. In other words, to ensure the productivity, efficiency and quality of the works, as well as of the facilities and equipment, and all of this in compliance with the budgets and deadlines approved by our clients in the Definition Stage.
The achievement of this purpose, goes through the correct development of 2 stages, each one of them very important to guarantee the result:
- Project Stage, which focuses on the development of all the technical documents necessary to guide the Execution Stage.
- Execution Stage, which implements the necessary assistance and control services to obtain the necessary permits and materialize the Project with the required quality, budget and deadlines.
Objectives of the Technical Project Stage
Develop the Definition of the investment through structured documents, which have a multiple utility: technical approach for the bidding before contractors and suppliers, justify and support the obtaining of licenses and permits, economic approach for the estimation of the investment, document and facilitate the application files for public aid.
- Minimize deviations in quality and budget, through the development of a complete and detailed documentation, of high technical quality but also clear and structured, since it must be correctly interpreted by the client itself, contractors, suppliers and technical services of the Administration.
Objectives of the Execution Stage
Ensure that the Project materializes as expected in the Definition, updated with the modifications approved in the Project Stage to minimize deviations in productivity, quality, budget and deadlines.

What do we do in this area?
Project Stage
It focuses on the development of all the technical documents needed to guide the execution
- Draft and Conceptual Project: Definition document, preliminary approach to the investment, usually included in the Study and Definition of the Project (see card of this service), although it is also possible to contract it independently.
- Basic Project: a document with a higher level of definition than the Draft, useful to speed up the application for licenses and permits prior to execution, as well as to support files requesting public aid.
- Execution and legalization project: document of maximum technical and economic definition of the investment to be made, necessary for the complete legalization, as well as to support the bidding books to suppliers. Frequently, the execution project is separated into different components, to facilitate its management and processing:
- Project activity: includes productive and environmental aspects, among others.
- Construction project.
- Project/s of installations.
Execution Stage
- Implements the assistance and control services to obtain the permits and materialize the Project with the quality, budget and deadlines required.
- Supplier management: assistance in the application, management and selection of offers, as well as the drafting of contracts.
- Facultative management of on site constructions and facilities: management of the execution to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the Project approved by the developer.
- Executive management / Management on site: daily assistance with a technician with extensive experience on a construction site, complementary to the project management.
- Management of administrative procedures and legalization: assistance in the whole process of obtaining licenses and permits required before implementation, and complete legalization of the investments after its realization.
