Diagnosis of R&D&i Activities

The Diagnosis of R&D&i activities is developed in three sequential steps:
1. Interview with the Management and Departments involved in the client’s Innovation in order to directly gather the initial information about the activities, their objectives and surrounding area conditions. It can be face-to-face or telematic.

2. Collaborative writing of the R&D&i Activities Diagnosis Contents Guide and gathering of the Research Record generated which must be validated by the client.
3. Execution of the analysis, formulation and evaluation of alternatives and interpretation of results which concludes with the drafting and presentation of the R&D&i Activities Diagnosis document. It includes the following points:

• Identification of R&D&i activities.
• Identification of R&D&i Projects.
• Description of the nature of the Projects.
• Design of the R&D&i Project Portfolio and prioritization between them.
• Elaboration of budgets for each Project.
• Identification and alternatives of eligible public aid named the Aid Map.
• Identification of tax incentives produced by each project.
• Creation of a long-term roadmap for the implementation of actions: Planning and need for documentation.
• Chart with the optimal financial and fiscal combination.
• Recommendations to implement the Diagnosis.
