Formulation of an action plan (by phases)
Based on the results of the Diagnostic stage and Study of the situation, we proceed to formulate the Action Plan by phases, structured in the following points:
- Review of the Study and definition of objectives and boundary conditions, by phases.
- Development of strategic lines of action to achieve the objectives.
- Definition of prioritization criteria by levels of action, one of the most important being the necessary investment and the return period.
- Technical-technological definition of the actions.
- Economic and budgetary definition of the actions.
- Definition of implementation by phases and milestones, identifying and quantifying the necessary means, implementation procedure and conditions.
- Definition of the control system and monitoring of the implementation and contingency plan.
- Drafting of the Action Plan by phases.
- Presentation and approval of the Plan by the client, with the agreed modifications.
Implementation and monitoring of the Plan
The approved Plan is usually implemented through the following tasks:
- Management of suppliers and contractors who will participate.
- Technical and economic management of the implementation.
- Follow-up, monitoring and adjustment of the Plan, implementing the necessary actions of the Contingency Plan, with regular status reports to the client, which are usually presented first-hand in meetings of a Monitoring Committee.
- Closing of the Plan and evaluation of results, including a final report.
