the objective?

What do we do in this service?
Diagnosis of the current situation
- To diagnose the initial situation of the object area, the work begins with a collection of documentary information and then directly in person.
- Then, the improvement area is analyzed, identifying and evaluating the problems and the structured tree of their causes and the agents that influence them. Using its own methodology, the analysis is exposed in a practical and intuitive way, in order to facilitate the definition of the improvement actions.
- The Diagnosis ends with some conclusions and recommendations to address the following stages.
Study of improvement alternatives
- Every problem usually has more than one solution, so the challenge is not only to identify the options or alternatives of improvement, but to evaluate them through a practical system that allows to outline the optimal solution.
- Our methodology is based on submitting the different alternative solutions to a multi-criteria evaluation, which incorporates different points of view: technical, technological, economic, human resources, etc.
- The first step is to formulate the alternative solutions for improvement based on the results of the Diagnosis. Then, the criteria to be used in the evaluation are defined.
- Concerning the technical criteria we will highlight the scalability, flexibility, easy maintenance.
- In the technological criteria it is important to have in mind the human factor, the 4.0 integration, again the flexibility.
- In the economic criteria not only the amount of the investment is considered, but also the operational costs and the overall efficiency that allows to make profitable the initial outlay.
- The Study ends with the formulation of conclusions and recommendation of a certain improvemnt alternative to be developed in the Action Plan.
