What is
the objective?
Communicating innovation has the aim of promoting the image of those organisations that are committed to R&D&i in the development of their activity, which involves consolidating the notoriety and positioning of their brand, in conclusion, promoting and disseminating their reputation as an innovative entity to society.
This objective is explained in the following points:
- Support our clients by promoting their projects and innovation activities through specific communication actions.
- Advise organisations on the coverage of the increasing communication obligations due to the use of public aid for R&D&i at a European level.
- Guide our clients so that these actions also allow them to improve their technological and social positioning as well as to strengthen and enhance their corporate image.
What do
we do in this area?
We usually provide this service to companies and organisations in which we have taken care of their R&D&i projects. This allows us to provide a deep knowledge of the innovation carried out, its advantages for the promoter and the benefits for its sector and the Society as a whole.
By knowing well the client’s interests and objectives we can certainly make communication more efficient and effective. We maintain at the same time the cuation and confidentiality of the aspects that we have previously identified as sensitive, according to the client.
We also provide our accredited experience in an area both strategic and delicated. It clearly affects the image of the organisation facing its target audience and society as a whole.
What do we do in this area?
By designing a strategic and specific Communication Plan for each R&D&i Project we strengthen the corporate image transmitted by our clients.
Together with their communication managers we build and promote an innovative and attractive image for the different stakeholders of the organisation.
In order to do this we carry out the following tasks:
- Advice on the design of a specific innovation communication strategy for each R&D&i Project. Specifically in the preparation of a Communication Plan.
- Continuous support in the dynamisation and execution of strategically planned communication actions with our clients in order to spread and publish the progress and results of R&D&i projects.
- Elaboration of monitoring and certification communication reports in accordance with national and community regulations on the use of the Structural Funds. (FEDER, FEADER,FEMP, etc.)
- Continuous monitoring of the communication actions to ensure compliance with the requirements related to the dissemination of innovation in the implementation of Structural Fund projects as set out in the European Communication Strategy.
- Coordination and collaboration with the communication managers of our clients (internal departments or external agencies) in order to guarantee the right implementation of the designed Communication Plan and its adaptation to the global communication strategy of each organisation.
- Dialogue with the European, national and regional or autonomous administration on this matter.
Complementary Services
As an extra to the general tasks of Communication of Innovation we offer specific services of communication and dissemination of Science and Innovation. We adapte ourselves to the specific needs of each project and client:
- Communication and media relations office.
- Corporate image design of the projects,including: logo and graphic elements, corporate manual.
- Design and management of specific websites for each project.
- Design and production of audiovisual material: photography, infography, corporate videos, office material, merchandising.
- Design, planning and complete organization of events related to the organization’s innovative activity: meetings with the media, training courses, conferences to disseminate progress and results.
