In accordance with the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (hereinafter, “GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, “LOPDGDD”), by accepting this Privacy Policy, the website user (hereinafter, the “User”) GIVES HIS/HER express, free, unequivocal and informed CONSENT to the processing of personal data collected through the website http://epyv.articai.es (hereinafter, the “Website”), either through forms provided for this purpose or through the information collected by cookies.

Likewise, the User agrees that this data may be processed by ARTICA INGENIERÍA E INNOVACIÓN S.L. to provide its services by applying the organisational and security measures required by the GDPR.

All personal data requested from the User on the Website is necessary to provide the services or content offered by ARTICA INGENIERÍA E INNOVACIÓN S.L. and they could not be provided without processing said data. Nevertheless, browsing the Website is free and open to all.

• ORIGIN. From the User through the subscription form available on the Website.
• PURPOSES OF PROCESSING. Sending information related to the activities carried out by ARTICA INGENIERÍA E INNOVACIÓN S.L. such as calls for technical seminars, sending invitations to the user by e-mail to events and conferences, sending technical publications related to the activity of the company or organisation to which the recipient belongs.
• GROUP. Natural persons, including representatives of legal entities, Website users.
• DATA CATEGORY. Name, surname, email address and telephone number.
• RECIPIENTS. There is no provision for the transfer of data to third parties, except under legal obligation or with the prior, unequivocal and informed consent of the User.

• ORIGIN. From the User through the subscription form available on the Website and CV (Curriculum Vitae) file that the user provides through the website.
• PURPOSE OF PROCESSING. Assessing candidates for incorporation into the company or for collaboration in company projects.
• GROUP. Natural persons, including representatives of legal entities, Website users.
• DATA CATEGORY. Identification Data (Name, surname, email address and telephone number, address, driving licence, etc.) Employment details (Positions, job titles, job category, etc.) Academic and professional data (qualifications, training, professional experience, etc.) that the user provides in their CV.
• RECIPIENTS. There is no provision for the transfer of data to third parties, except under legal obligation or with the prior, unequivocal and informed consent of the User.
• INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER. There is no provision for the international transfer of data.
• TIME LIMITS FOR RETENTION. The data shall be retained until the User withdraws his/her consent, the purpose for which it was collected has ended, or two years have passed since it has been logged, unless the data must be kept due to a legal obligation.

4. USER DATA

The User guarantees that the data provided is true, accurate, complete and up-to-date, and said user is responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may arise as a result of failure to comply with this obligation, beyond the User’s right to exercise his/her right to rectification.

In the event that the provided data belongs to a third party, the User guarantees that he/she has informed said third party of the aspects contained in this document and has obtained his/her authorisation to provide his/her data to the data controller for the aforementioned purposes.

ARTICA INGENIERÍA E INNOVACIÓN S.L. cannot guarantee the absolute invulnerability of its systems; therefore, it accepts no responsibility for damages resulting from alterations that third parties may cause to computer systems, electronic documents or files.

We shall neither transfer nor communicate your data to any third party, except when required by law, or unless the interested party has expressly authorised us to do so.

5. EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, we inform you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, data portability and limitation of processing directly with ARTICA INGENIERÍA E INNOVACIÓN S.L.

To facilitate the exercise of these rights, the User may access the online form for exercising rights (see Annex 1), and the request must be addressed within a maximum period of one (1) month of receipt of the form.
